The Osprey Carbon Edition (CE) is our lightest reel to date. Starting at 8.25 ounces with 22 lbs of drag capacity and 8+2 Rubber Sealed Ball Bearings, there is no other spinning reel like it in its class. This spinning reel was dreamt up by our founders to fuel their obsession for sight fishing big saltwater gamefish in super shallow water with artificial lures.
