Tailwater Rewards is our way of saying thanks for shopping with us. Here's how it works.

Earning rewards

Every order earns 10% back, every day, on regular-priced items. Rewards do not apply to items already on sale or discounted, and cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or offer. You must have a Tailwater Shop account to participate; if no email is provided at checkout, no store credit will be earned.

If an order is cancelled, exchanged, returned, or otherwise altered, no reward will be earned on that order.

Getting your reward

Your reward is delivered by email 7 days after your purchase, as a unique code tied to your account. This code does not change and can be reused on future orders — just enter it at checkout to apply your reward.

Expiration

Each reward code expires 1 year from the date it's issued. Unused rewards are forfeited after expiration and cannot be reinstated.

A few notes

Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Tailwater Shop reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Tailwater Rewards program at any time.
