Featuring an advanced lightweight design that is 10% lighter than previous Steez AGS models, the Daiwa Steez AGS Casting Rods are constructed using Daiwa’s SVF(Super Volume Fiber) Nanoplus graphite, which packs unidirectional graphite fiber into a denser form with exact resin control, yielding blanks with greater strength, lighter weight and incredible sensitivity. X45 blank technology also reinforces the blanks and helps resist twisting for less stress, better durability, and increased hook-setting power.

The all-new AGS(Air Guide System) that is equipped on the Daiwa Steez AGS Casting Rods are built with carbon fiber frames and are even lighter than previous AGS guides to decrease weight even further, improve balance, and provide unmatched sensitivity. They are also fitted with custom Daiwa ultra-lightweight reel seats and premium cork split grip handles that provide an incredible feel, as well as, Daiwa original hook keepers that are placed below the grip to keep your lures secure but not interfere with line flow.
