The Torium Jigging Special introduces two smart upgrades for better control and faster hooksets. The Spool Lock feature prevents the spool from rotating, allowing anglers to apply torque to free snags without risking internal damage to the reel. With a turn of the handle, the auto-engage clutch instantly engages the reel from free spool for those subtle strikes on the drop. It’s that easy—just hook and haul.

The HAGAN Body virtually eliminates flex, maximizing cranking power.
X-Protect shields the drive gear bearing from corrosion for lasting durability.
Cross Carbon Drag offers smooth, durable control across more settings.
S-Compact Body shrinks the B-side plate by 25% for better palm-fit and control.
Spool Lock stops spool rotation for control during heavy resistance or snags.
The Auto-Clutch easily engages out of free spool to react to quick bites.

S A-RB Baitcasting
S A-RB bearings are put through the same process as Shimano’s A-RB bearings but feature shields on both sides of the bearings. These shields reduce the possibility of salt or sand inhibiting rotation of the bearing.
