Strongarm Merkin - Zippy Flies

Nobody ties the Strongarm Merkin like Dave Skok, but this version is darn close. The stiff single claw design acts similarly to a rudder and causes the fly to quickly flip over and track straight. A must have pattern for permit.  Tied on a Mustad 2XH/1XL hook in size 2.
