The Anvil is an extra heavy clouser which was developed and named by Cordell Baum for catching peacock bass in South Florida. The heavy fly works well for getting the fly quickly down to peacock bass. Repeatedly doing this will induce bites. Tied on a Gamakatsu SC15 hook in size 1/0.
